Have Fun in College
Drinking Games, Parties, and Other Ideas
Who said you can't have fun in college? These are supposed to be the best years of your life. Many students think it's the best reason TO GO to college. Most of the criteria for a great party involves the mass consumption of alcohol, so if you don't drink, you're at the wrong site. You probably got some free time on your hands, stop being a wallflower and have some fun in college.
Drinking Games
No matter how small or big the party is, it's almost a guarantee there is going to be some kind of drinking game involved. If you're anything like me, you don't want to show up at a party and not know how to play these games. I felt like an idiot playing beer pong the first time -- everyone in the room gave me a drunken, eyebrow-raised look when I said that I didn't know how to play. Check out the rules on these popular college drinking games:
-- Beer Pong
-- Flip (Flippy) Cup
-- Asshole
-- Quarters
-- Bullshit
-- Beer Die
-- Kings
-- Ring of Fire

Have Fun in College Parties
College and parties, there's two words you hear a lot together. Some parties are lame, some are good, and some are unforgettable. Here are some ideas for throwing good ones:
-- Supply the alcohol. If you and your buddies can pool up enough money for drinks, do it.

-- Don't be one of those parties that charge at the door for alcohol, nobody wants to pay to get into your party when there are 10 more around town for free...unless you have some sick friend or something.
-- Some of the funnest parties I went to were themed. Even though it SOUNDS goofy, they're actually kind of fun once people start getting liquored up. Throw a toga party, 70s themed, or a Halloween costume party to name a few.
-- If you have the room, ask a local band to play. Sometimes you can get them to play for free. They get to hand out their promotional CDs, everybody wins.
Video Game Night
I suppose not every party has to have liquor involved. A popular party for guys is game night; video games that is. If you invite girls over though, don't have your eyes glued to the T.V. unless your celibacy compels you to do so...an exception would be something that involves them, such as Wii sports, Mario party, that sort of thing.
Anyway, back to "guy's" game night. Game night parties are especially cool if you got a couple TVs, hook some game systems up to them, and have a big LAN party. Some awesome party games to brush up on include:
2012 Edition
Madden NFL 12
Wii Sports
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Rayman Raving Rabbids (yes I'm serious)
Halo Reach
Rock Band (the original)
Left4Dead
